This page celebrates the phenomenon that is the Locost, particularly my own car PEY 654 S the blue and yellow beast!
My car (along with many others!) has been built from the inspirational book "how to build your own sports car for as little as £250" by Mr Ron Champion.
 
I believe that someone claims to have done the £250 bit, but my car which is built to a resonable standard, but as cheaply as possible, has cost around £1200 over four years, that's £300 a year - not too bad, I think!
