| My car is not
a "standard " Locost, being 4 inches(100mm) wider. This
was done because my donor car was not a Ford Escort Mk 2, but
a Ford Cortina Mk4 ( and because I need the extra width in the
seat !). |

from the book build include a 2.0 litre engine, a home-constructed
aluminium nose-cone, a lockable steel boot,fully trimmed interior
and a heater. |
